PRAYER

Introduction
Prayer is the heartbeat of Christian discipleship. It is both conversation and communion with God, as simple as a child’s cry and as profound as the liturgies of the Church. Through prayer we learn to bring every part of life before God — our joys, our fears, our needs, our silence. The Anglican tradition holds a rich treasury of prayer, from the Psalms and the Lord’s Prayer to the rhythms of Morning and Evening Prayer.
