This is an exciting and innovative role for a highly motivated student worker to join our staff team. This role provides an opportunity to deliver excellent in-person and virtual student work, as well as to build projects and develop key relationships that benefit local students, the college and university, and the wider community. The student worker will be responsible for overseeing all student ministry and will help students feel part of the church and engaged with the vision. With energy and enthusiasm, the successful candidate will numerically grow and deepen the existing student ministry, and identify and develop young leaders.

You may presently be in any number of roles, but experience of working with students would be an advantage. We are looking for someone with a natural flair for connecting with other people; someone who is confident in discipling others in their faith and who has a particular passion for student ministry. The right individual will be creative and forward thinking, and eager to find new ways to help students integrate into church. They will be a good communicator and be committed to the vision of the church and what needs to be done.

We will encourage you to develop your own leadership style through national networking and local meet ups with other student workers.

3 year fixed-term contract for 4 days per week (30 hours - specific days and hours to be discussed with the successful candidate.) £14,508 per annum
