SABBATH + REST

Introduction

From creation itself, God wove rest into the rhythm of life: “on the seventh day He rested”. Sabbath is not about legalism but about freedom — learning to trust God with our time, to resist hurry, and to delight in His presence.

Jump right in!

  • Unplug for One Hour: Set aside your phone and spend time resting in God’s presence.

  • Delight Practice: Write down three things that brought joy today and thank God for them.
