CHRISTMAS 2023

At the time of writing the world once again feels like a dark and dangerous place, with the escalating conflict in the Middle East and the ongoing war in the Ukraine. As we see distressing images broadcast into our living rooms it can feel like there is little hope, only despair.

In contrast to this at Christmas we remember and celebrate that Jesus Christ was born in humble surroundings to bring light into the world and illuminate the darkness. When all feels hopeless, we can look to Christ and place our trust and hope in Him.

Wishing you a merry Christmas,

Revd Michael Broadley
